Very hearty reception, free service. The dishes change between a nice and refined kitchen and regional classics. The wines are exceptional and presented with talent.However, one point shocked us: The Master d&#39;h&ocirc;tel put his hands on the bottle neck of the wine bottles he just served us. For us French unimaginable!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, tadelloser Service.  Die Gerichte wechseln sich zwischen einfallsreicher und raffinierter K&uuml;che und regionalen Klassikern ab.  Die Weine sind au&szlig;ergew&ouml;hnlich und mit Talent pr&auml;sentiert.Ein Punkt jedoch schockierte uns: Der Maitre d&#39;h&ocirc;tel legte seine H&auml;nde auf die Flaschenh&auml;lse der Weinflaschen, die er uns gerade serviert hatte.  F&uuml;r uns Franzosen unvorstellbar!

Die phantasievollen Speisen gefallen durch geschmackliche Klarheit und Konturiertheit der Aromen, die korrespondierenden Weine der &quot;Weinreise&quot; akzentuieren die Gerichte und bieten wahrlich immer wieder interessante &Uuml;berraschungen. Wir sind gerne zu Gast in der &quot;Eisenbahn&quot; und k&ouml;nnen einen Besuch nur empfehlen.
